Ibrahim Mammadli is an independent researcher based in Tartu, Estonia. He began his academic pursuits with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Academy of Public Administration in Azerbaijan. Currently, he is advancing his studies by pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations and Regional Studies, with a focus on the European Union, at the University of Tartu. His research interest areas encompass peace studies, conflict resolution, and identities. His primary research emphasis is on the complex socio-political issues within the Caucasus region, specifically the dynamics between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He has been actively involved in a variety of projects and programs like the Conflict School and several dialogue programs aimed at peace-building and conflict resolution. In addition, he has participated in Short Mobility Programs (BIP) in Slovakia and Spain.
